Founded in 2010, SERVICE STARS is a residential services company, which places a high priority on outstanding customer service for homeowners & their heating, air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing needs in Fairfield County.
It started with 3 brothers in the trades, operating right out of their family's home. Fast forward over a decade later, and the company has grown into a $4M company that's constantly looking to expand!

We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a driven and eager in-home sales representative to join our team.
In this role, you will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals while also taking the lead on meeting with homeowners, assessing their HVAC needs, and providing them with solutions that meet their budget and comfort requirements.

BEING THE
IN-HOME SALES REP,
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO

Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowners' HVAC needs

Provide solutions and recommendations based on customers' budget and comfort requirements

Close sales and achieve sales goals

Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A BIT MORE ABOUT THE SALES ROLE
This position involves utilizing a company-provided vehicle to meet clients in their home to discuss home comfort options. Because of this, we do require that you have a clean driving record. We perform ONLY residential replacement work; no commercial work or new construction whatsoever. And we provide you with the client opportunities - no door to door or cold calling.
