Founded in 2010, SERVICE STARS is a residential services company, prioritizing outstanding customer service for homeowners & their heating, air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing needs in Fairfield County.
It started with 3 brothers in the trades, operating right out of their family's home. Fast forward over a decade later, and the company has grown into a $4M company that's constantly looking to expand!

Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing/replacing heating & cooling systems for our clients. This includes regular maintenance procedures like tune-ups and restoring heating/cooling to trouble calls.
With the nature of our 24/7 Emergency Services for homeowners, we have a rotational weekly on-call schedule for our technicians, so after-hours & weekends flexibility is a must.
During peak heating and cooling seasons, the uptick in emergency calls may also demand more overtime work for this position.

Here's what we require for the job:
Minimum Qualifications
Physical Demands & Work Environment

High School Diploma
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
Interest in being part of a productive team

Excellent customer service skills

Adequate personal tools
-
Climbing up and down ladders or stairs from time to time

Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds
-
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week & up to 12 hours per day
Preferred Qualifications

Valid CT HVAC License
-
Type S, D, or B
-
-
4+ years of experience in residential HVAC service

EPA License
-
Flexibility for potential after-hours emergency calls on evenings and weekends
-
Exposure to extreme heat or cold may be required in the field
-
Dress code is required; clean uniforms are provided by the company
